Armand Thieblot
Treasurer
Armand, spouse of Bernice Thieblot for 45 years, is NCSDO's cofounder. A graduate of Princeton University and the Wharton School (MBA, PhD), he was a tenured professor of management at the University of Maryland until 1987, when he joined NCSDO full time as chief financial officer and director of research.
Armand entertains himself with everything from the scholarly (teaching graduate classes at GWU), worldly (six-continent travel), and entrepreneurial (developing hydro dams), to the musical (banjo, other instruments) and crafty (making pens of mammoth tusk).
